โครงการเด่น อนุรักษ์ฟื้นฟูคลองบางพูด Outstanding Project : Klong Bang Pood Conservation and Rehabilitation เข้าใจน�้ำ เข้าถึงน�้ำ พัฒนาน�้ำ คืนความสะอาดใส ให้คลองบางพูดอย่างยั่งยืน Understand water, reach water, develop water, return cleanliness to Klong Bang Pood in a sustainable way ในอดีต คลองบางพูด เป็นล�ำน�้ำส�ำคัญที่ใช้เป็นเส้นทางคมนาคมทางน�้ำ แต่ปัจจุบันความเจริญต่าง ๆ เข้ามาในชุมชน ความส�ำคัญของคลองบางพูด ในการเป็นเส้นทางสัญจรทางน�้ำจึงสิ้นสุดลง คงเหลือเพียงอดีตอันงดงาม บางพูดในวันนี้จึงกลายเป็นแหล่งรองรับการระบายจากชุมชนเพื่อไหลออก สู่แม่น�้ำเจ้าพระยา ท�ำให้ประสบปัญหาความเสื่อมโทรม น�้ำเกิดการเน่าเสีย คลองบางพูดเป็นล�ำน�้ำที่กั้นอาณาเขตต�ำบลปากเกร็ด และต�ำบลบางพูดมีขนาด กว้าง 15 x 3,300 เมตร In the old days, Klong Bang Pood was a vital route for waterway transportation. At present, the community is modernized. The importance of Klong Bang Pood as a waterway also ended, and what is left is only the beauty of the past. Bang Pood today is a receptive area of community drainage before flowing to the Chao Phraya River. Decadence problem arises, water is polluted. Klong Bang Pood is a canal which divides the boundary of Pakkret Subdistrict and the size of Bang Pood Subdistrict is 15x3,300 meters. Pakk ret Mun i c i pa l i t y rea l i zed the importance of conservation and rehabilitation of Klong Bang Pood to be back in a good and beautiful condition along with the canal bank cultural conservation activity. Therefore, Pakkret Municipality with the cooperation from the community Pakkret Municipality Annual Report 2013 96
