Zone) และความเป็นสาธารณะ (Public Zone) และทางเดินบนเขื่อน ต้องมีความกว้างเพียงพอที่จะต้องสามารถรองรับการใช้งานได้ดี แนวคิดในด้านรูปแบบสถาปัตยกรรมระหว่างทางเดินบนเขื่อนนั้น ก�ำหนดให้มีศาลา และท่าเรือ โดยเน้นสถาปัตยกรรมในลักษณะแบบ ไทยประยุกต์ ที่ดูสวยงามและสอดคล้องกับภูมิทัศน์โดยรอบ และทั้งนี้ ต้องให้ความส�ำคัญกับวัดในพื้นที่ คือวัดสนามเหนือ ซึ่งรูปแบบต้อง เป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกับวัด และที่ส�ำคัญต้องส่งเสริมให้วัดมีความ สง่างามไปพร้อมกันด้วย นอกจากจะเป็นการแก้ไขปัญหาในระยะยาวแล้ว ทางเทศบาล นครปากเกร็ดได้ให้ความส�ำคัญในด้านการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยว โดยการฟื้นฟูตลาดเก่า เพิ่มพื้นที่นันทนาการ เพื่อให้ประชาชนใน พื้นที่และผู้มาใช้บริการ ทั้งด้านการท่องเที่ยวและด้านการค้าขาย ได้มีสถานที่พักผ่อนหย่อนใจ อีกทั้งยังเป็นจุดเชื่อมต่อไปยังสถานที่ ท่องเที่ยวที่ส�ำคัญ ๆ ทั้งทางบกและทางน�้ำได้โดยง่าย Temple, with 500 meters in total distance.
