เทศบาลนครปากเกร็ดได้เล็งเห็นความส�ำคัญในการ อนุรักษ์ฟื้นฟูคลองบางพูดให้กลับมาอยู่ในสภาพที่ดีและสวยงาม พร้อมกับการอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรมชุมชนริมคลองไว้เฉกเช่นใน อดีต จึงได้ร่วมกับชุมชน และภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ ในการท�ำกิจกรรม อนุรักษ์ฟื้นฟูคลองบางพูดไปพร้อมกับการการก่อสร้างแนวเขื่อน และสถานีสูบน�้ำคลองบางพูด โดยได้ด�ำเนินการจัดตั้ง “กลุ่มเครือข่ายร่วมใจชุมชน อนุรักษ์คลองบางพูด” เพื่อปลูกจิตส�ำนึกให้ เยาวชนและ ประชาชนช่วยกันอนุรักษ์ และร่วมกันในการฟื้นฟูคลองบางพูด มีการเฝ้าระวังและตรวจสอบน�้ำในคลองบางพูดให้มีคุณภาพ ตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน และกระตุ้นส่งเสริมสนับสนุนให้ประชาชน มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมเฝ้าระวัง และฟื้นฟูแหล่งน�้ำ โดยได้จัด กิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับการอนุรักษ์แหล่งน�้ำในคลองบางพูด เช่น การโยนลูกบอล EM การเทน�้ำหมักจุลินทรีย์เพื่อเพิ่ม ออกซิเจนในน�้ำ มีการตรวจสอบคุณภาพน�้ำอย่างสม�่ำเสมอ ท�ำความสะอาดปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์ จัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยในคลอง นอกจากนี้ได้ด�ำเนินการจัดอบรมเผยแพร่ความรู้ ข้อมูลข่าวสาร เกี่ยวกับการอนุรักษ์น�้ำ เพื่อเป็นการประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ประชาชน ได้รับทราบอีกด้วย ส่วนในการควบคุมระดับน�้ำได้ด�ำเนินการก่อสร้างสถานี สูบน�้ำ คสล.ขนาดกว้าง 12 เมตร พร้อมติดตั้งเครื่องสูบน�้ำแบบ จุ่มในน�้ำ สูบน�้ำได้น้อยกว่า 2.00 ลูกบาศก์เมตรต่อวินาที จ�ำนวน 4 เครื่อง พร้อมติดตั้งประตูระบายน�้ำ และก่อสร้างแนวป้องกัน น�้ำรั่วซึม ความยาวประมาณ 340 เมตร บริเวณปากคลองบางพูด ด้วยงบประมาณ 52,000,000 บาท เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการ ระบายน�้ำและป้องกันน�้ำท่วม and other sectors, organized activities to conserve and rehabilitate Klong Bang Pood at the same time with the dyke and Klong Bang Pood pumping station construction. Many activities relating to the water source conservation in Klong Bang Pood were organized, such as throwing the EM balls, pouring enzyme ionic plasma to increase oxygen in the water. The water quality is tested regularly, the landscape is improved and cleaned, the garbage in the water is collected. Besides, Pakkret Municipality organized training courses to give people water conservation knowledge and information. In order to control the water level, the reinforced concrete pumping station, 12-meter wide, was built with four submersible pumps installation. Its pumping is less than 2,000 cubic meters per second. The 52,000,000 baht budget was used for building floodgates, as well as the barrier construction, 340meter long to prevent water leakage at the mouth of the canal, in order to enhance the drainage and prevent the flooding effectively. เทศบาลนครปากเกร็ด รายงานประจ�ำปี 2556 97
