จัดให้มีการสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการระหว่างผู้บริหาร คณะ กรรมการชุมชน และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในพื้นที่ เพื่อรับฟังความ คิดเห็นและแก้ไขปัญหาร่วมกัน ส�ำรวจข้อมูลชุมชน ด�ำเนินงาน ด้านเครือข่ายกองทุนชุมชนเมือง อบรม ศึกษาดูงานที่เป็น ประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาชุมชน ติดตั้งระบบเสียงตามสายชุมชน พัฒนาความรู้เกี่ยวกับการประชาสัมพันธ์ให้แก่บุคลากรของ ชุมชน จัดท�ำแผนชุมชน สนับสนุนงบประมาณให้ชุมชนเพื่อด�ำเนินงานพัฒนา ชุมชนด้านต่าง ๆ ชุมชนละ 100,000 บาท จัดให้มีการประกวด ชุมชนพัฒนาเพื่อกระตุ้นให้ผู้น�ำชุมชนและประชาชนเห็น ความส�ำคัญของการร่วมมือกันเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชน Organized a workshop between the Executives, the Community Committee and related agencies in the local area to listen to opinions and mutually solve problems. Surveyedthecommunity information, operated the community network fund, had trainings and study field trips which were useful for the community development. Installed the community radio and developed public relations knowledge to the community personnel, and made the community plan. Supported the budget for the community for development in various aspects, with 100,000 baht per community.
