7. การบริหารและการบริการ Management and Services ปรับปรุงพัฒนาการบริการ พร้อมกับการเผยแพร่ข้อมูล ข่าวสารทางเว็บไซต์ของเทศบาลให้ประชาชาชนได้รับทราบ ข้อมูลข่าวสารได้รวดเร็วยิ่งขึ้น ส่งเสริมการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล อบรม ส่งเสริมความรู้ เกี่ยวกับวินัยและกฎหมายท้องถิ่น พัฒนา ประสิทธิภาพการด�ำเนินงานของศูนย์ด�ำรงธรรม พัฒนาระบบประชาสัมพันธ์ และการบริการข้อมูล ข่าวสาร จัดท�ำสื่อประชาชาสัมพันธ์ต่าง ๆ ให้ประชาชนได้รับทราบ อย่างทั่วถึง การพัฒนาบุคลากรทุกกลุ่มในองค์กร โดยการจัดฝึก อบรมพัฒนาบุคลากร อบรมการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และระบบ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ อบรมพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพให้กับบุคลากร ที่ปฏิบัติงานเฉพาะด้าน อาทิ ด้านการช่าง ด้านการสาธารณสุข และสิ่งแวดล้อม Improved and developed services as well as disseminated the information through the Municipality’s website so that the people received information more quickly. Promoted management according to the good governance, provided training courses about discipline and local law, developed the operational efficiency of the Damrongtham Center. Developedpublic relations systemand information services, prepared media literature for publicity. Personnel development was emphasized to every group in the organization. It was implemented through organizing training courses in personnel development, computer usage and information technology system, efficiency development in specific areas such as mechanics, environmental and public health.
