12 ตั้งแต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบันที่มีบทบาทต่อการสร้างสังคมดี สร้างงาน สร้าง รายได้ให้กับคนในพื้นที่ อันน�ำไปสู่การพึ่งพาตนเองได้บนฐานของเศรษฐกิจ พอเพียง วัดนับว่ามีคุณค่าและบทบาทที่ส�ำคัญยิ่งเพราะปัจจุบันมีนักท่องเที่ยว ส่วนหนึ่งให้ความสนใจต่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงพุทธ และการเรียนรู้ที่เป็นการเดิน ทางเพื่อการศึกษาและแสวงหาคุณค่าทางด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และคุณค่า ทางศิลปวัฒนธรรม อันน�ำไปสู่การประพฤติปฏิบัติในแนวทางที่ถูกต้องทั้งแก่ เพื่อนมนุษย์และต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมในลักษณะที่ก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์เกื้อกูลต่อกัน และกันโดยมุ่งหวังให้เกิดการพัฒนาและการจัดระบบการท่องเที่ยวภายในวัด ศาสนสถาน ให้เหมาะสมและมีการบริการที่มีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถสร้าง ความเลื่อมใสศรัทธาให้แก่นักท่องเที่ยว ทั้งชาวไทยและต่างประเทศ ในฐานะ ที่เป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวทางศาสนาและเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่ส�ำคัญของประเทศ กับ ทั้งเพื่อรองรับความต้องการของการท่องเที่ยวเชิงศาสนาที่ได้มาตรฐาน เป็นที่ ประทับใจของนักท่องเที่ยวทั้งในระดับประเทศและระดับโลก โดยอยู่บนพื้น ฐานของความรับผิดชอบและมีจิตส�ำนึกต่อการรักษามรดกทางวัฒนธรรมและ in term of moral and economy. As a result, this leads to the development in Buddhist tourism management that will make tourists enjoy the experience of world-class standard in services under the principle of societal, cultural, and environmental responsibility.
