19 PAKKRET The city of Happiness การให้บริการงานด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมทั้งในส่วนของการควบคุมการป้องกัน การแก้ไข เป็นงานของท้องถิ่น หน่วยงานภาครัฐ และ งานของทุกคนที่ต้องร่วมช่วยกัน ทั้งสถาบันการศึกษา ชุมชน ภาคเอกชนในพื้นที่ ด้วยการรณรงค์ลดการใช้พลังงาน ดูแล ไม่เป็นผู้สร้างมลพิษ ในพื้นที่ปากเกร็ด อยู่ในพื้นที่ควบคุมมลพิษ การแก้ปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมจึงต้องผ่านกระบวนการหลายหน่วยงาน ปัจจุบันเทศบาลฯ ได้ท�ำการศึกษาระบบในส่วนของเทศบาลฯ แล้ว โดยมุ่งเน้นการสร้างระบบบ�ำบัดน�้ำเสียที่ใช้พื้นที่น้อยและกระทบกับโครงสร้างของเมือง ให้น้อยที่สุด นอกจากนั้นยังได้มีการศึกษาแนวทางการน�ำพลังงานทางเลือกมาปรับใช้ และน�ำแนวคิดการพัฒนาคลองสวยน�้ำใส มาใช้ในพื้นที่ด้วย เทศบาลมีสวนสมเด็จพระศรีนครินทร์ นนทบุรี เป็นสวนพักผ่อนส�ำหรับชุมชนในพื้นที่ สอบถามขอรับบริการ กองการสาธารณสุขและสิ่งแวดล้อม โทร. 0 2960 9704-14 ต่อ 408 สิ่งแวดล้อม คลองใส ลดการใช้พลังงาน Environment, clean canals and energy conservation Part of the task of the Municipality is to provide environmental services, including for monitoring, prevention and problem solving. The Pakkret area is included in a pollution-controlled area, and the efforts to solve environmental problems must go through many agencies. At present, the Municipality has conducted a study of the system on the part of that it is responsible for, with the focus on creating a sewage system that uses minimal space and minimally affects the city structure. Apart from this, there was a study on the adapting of alternative energy for use and to apply the concept of Klong Suay Nam Sai (Beautiful Canal, Clear Water) project in the area.
