โครงการบ�ำบัดน�้ำเสียของชุมชน ภายในเขตเทศบาลนครปากเกร็ด Water Management Project in Pakkret Municipality area น�้ำ คือ ปัจจัยในการด�ำรงชีวิต น�้ำถูกน�ำมาใช้ในการอุปโภคบริโภค และน�้ำเมื่อใช้แล้วถูกปล่อยทิ้งออกสู่แหล่งน�้ำธรรมชาติ โดยไม่มีระบบการจัดการน�้ำเสียที่เหมาะสม ก็ท�ำให้ปริมาณน�้ำเสียทั้งหมดจากอาคาร บ้านเรือน ร้านค้า ตลาดสด โรงพยาบาล การเกษตร และอุตสาหกรรมต่าง ๆ ถูกระบายออกแหล่งน�้ำสาธารณะก่อให้เกิดปัญหามลพิษทางน�้ำและสิ่งแวดล้อม ท�ำให้แหล่งน�้ำ มีคุณภาพต�่ำลง กลายเป็นน�้ำเน่าเสีย ส่งผลเสียทางด้านการท่องเที่ยว และการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ และสังคมของชุมชนในพื้นที่ จึงจ�ำเป็นต้องมีการจัดการน�้ำเสียในภาพรวมของพื้นที่เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาเรื่องน�้ำเสียที่เกิดขึ้น Water is the source of life, used for consumption. When it is released as waste water from buildings, houses, stores, fresh markets, hospitals, agriculture areas and industries to natural areas, it must be treated properly, otherwise it will pollute water ways and the environment. The water sources would be of less quality and become polluted water, harming tourism, economic development and the society of the community.
