11 PAKKRET The city of Happiness Damrongtham Center….receiving complaints and listening....solving issues Living together in a city naturally creates issues among the residents. Most of the problems arise from the breach of rules of the society and the lack of understanding of the plight of others, as well as the lack of communication. The total number of complaints as compiled by the Municipality on the lack of efficiency of services provided by the government, as well as on cases of taking advantages, was 80 cases per month, since it started receiving complaints until the present time. This number is likely to increase. As the main agency responsible for servicing the local community, the Municipality oversees the provision of services to solve complaints. Damrogntham Center of Pakkret receives complaints through email (www.pakkretcity.go.th) , telephone (0 2960 9704 ext. 606,607) and letters, as well as through complaint forms. The Municipality verifies the facts regarding every case before proceeding. All complaints will be remedied so that we can all live together under an atmosphere of mutual understanding.
