6 การจัดการศึกษา การบ�ำรุงรักษาศิลปะ จารีตประเพณี ภูมิปัญญา และวัฒนธรรมอันดีงามของท้องถิ่น เป็นงานบริการ ที่มีลักษณะ เป็นนามธรรมต้องปลูกฝังและพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง การจัดการบริการที่ดีจะต้องพัฒนาให้สอดคล้องกับสภาพสังคม และวัฒนธรรมของท้องถิ่น เทศบาลนครปากเกร็ด เป็นพื้นที่มีกลิ่นไอของวัฒนธรรมชาวมอญที่ไม่โดดเด่นนัก เป็นการยากที่จะสร้างเอกลักษณ์ ด้วยเวลาอันสั้น เทศบาลฯ จึงได้มุ่งงานทางด้านนี้ผ่านงานประเพณีที่จัดท�ำอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยให้สถาบันทางการศึกษาในพื้นที่ที่มีศักยภาพ เข้ามามีส่วนร่วม และเริ่มพัฒนาการศึกษา จากศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จนถึงระดับประถมศึกษาและมัธยมศึกษาในปัจจุบัน เพื่อพัฒนาเด็ก ให้สามารถเข้าศึกษา ในโรงเรียนมัธยมในท้องถิ่นได้ โดยไม่ต้องเข้าไปในกรุงเทพมหานคร เพื่อพัฒนาให้นครปากเกร็ด เป็นแหล่งการศึกษาชั้นดี ตามบทน�ำของวิสัยทัศน์ เทศบาลนครปากเกร็ด สอบถามขอรับบริการ กองการศึกษา โทร. 0 2960 9704 – 14 ต่อ 702 พัฒนาการศึกษา...ต้องสอดรับกับวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น The development of education... must be in line with local culture Education management, the preservation of art, culture and tradition, local wisdom and local cultures are all services which should be instilled and developed continuously. Quality service must also be developed to be in line with the social environment and local cultures. Pakkret Municipality is an area with a touch of Mon culture, although not to an outstanding level. It is quite a challenge to build upon such identity in a short period of time. The Municipality has therefore focused on holding traditional events in a continuous frequency, with local educational institutions that have potential take part in the events. It has also developed education from the primary age (young children) up to elementary and high school to enhancethe skills of children to the level that they are able to study in local high schools and not have to travel into Bangkokto further their education. This is aimed at developing Pakkret Municipality to become a center of excellence foreducation as stated in the preamble of the vision statement of Pakkret Municipality.
