13 การพัฒนาเมือง ถนนหนทางในชุมชน เป็นงานหนึ่งที่เทศบาลนครปากเกร็ดเป็นผู้จัดบริการเข้าสู่ชุมชน แม้ถนนเมนหลักใน ปากเกร็ด เส้นแจ้งวัฒนะ ติวานนท์ ถนนเลี่ยงเมืองจะอยู่ในความดูแลของหลากหลายหน่วยงาน รวมทั้งน�้ำประปา ไฟฟ้าด้วย แต่เทศบาลฯ เป็นผู้ประสานงาน เชื่อมบริการ ให้ระบบการจราจร ระบบสาธารณูปโภค การระบายน�้ำ ประสานงานในทิศทางที่เหมาะสม ปัจจุบันในเขตพื้นที่ที่มีผังเมืองรวมควบคุม มีกฎหมายดูแลประชาชนจ�ำนวนมาก การพัฒนาจึงต้องอยู่ภายใต้กฎเกณฑ์ดังกล่าว ผู้ที่จะสร้างอาคารไม่ว่าประเภทใด หรือมีปัญหากับอาคาร และการใช้อาคารใด สามารถสอบถามและตรวจสอบไปยังเทศบาลฯ ได้ ทั้งนี้ เพื่อให้พลเมืองอยู่ด้วยกันด้วยความสงบสุข ภายใต้กฎกติกาของเมือง พรบ.เทศบาล ก�ำหนดให้เทศบาลมีหน้าที่ดูแลเรื่องนี้เกี่ยวกับการบ�ำรุงรักษาทางบก ทางน�้ำ ทางระบายน�้ำ ไฟฟ้าส่องสว่างในชุมชน การก่อสร้าง ท่าเทียบเรือ และสาธารณูปโภคต่างๆ โดยหน่วยงาน “ส�ำนักการช่าง” เป็นผู้ให้บริการดังกล่าว หน้าที่ของท้องถิ่นเรื่องนี้ จึงเป็น งานที่ต้องบริหารบริการภายใต้ประโยชน์สุขของประชาชนเพื่อความมั่นคงปลอดภัยในการใช้พื้นที่ สอบถามขอรับบริการ ส�ำนัการช่าง โทร. 0 2960 9704-14 ต่อ 818 พัฒนาเมือง.....สาธารณูปโภค สาธารณูปการ Developing the city… infrastructure and facilities The development of the city and streets in the community is one such task of Pakkret Municipality to provide services to the community. Although the main roads in Pakkret, Chang Wattana route, Tiwanond route, and Leang Muang roads, as well as electricity and water, are under the responsibility of various agencies, the Municipality is the coordinator for services to ensure that traffic, utilities, sewage systems are managed in the most efficient manner. Currently, in areas that fall under the urban plan and is covered by laws that apply to a large number of people, development must be carried out under such framework and law. Persons involved in the construction of all types of buildings, including those who have issues with buildings and permission to use buildings, can inquire and verify information with the Municipality. The objective of this is to maintain order amongst the community under the rules and regulations of the city. The Municipality Act mandates that the Municipality is responsible for the maintenance of infrastructure on land, water, sewage and lighting in the community, construction, boat docks, and various utilities. The Public Works Bureau is the office providing such services. This is a service management task for the local community’s benefit and safety in living and working in areas in Pakkret.
