Mosques….Eternal Faith for Allah Prasert Islam Mosque, or Prai Khlong Mosque situated at Bang Talat district, Pak Kret, Nonthaburi, is the biggest mosque in that neighborhood. It was established in 1915 due to the increasing number of Islamic people. Since it was very difficult and inconvenient to travel for daily reverence for the Muslims, the new mosque was founded. The mosque was reestablished in 1954 owing to the earlier uncompleted construction. The mosque is continually renovated and restored so that it can become a place of worship for the Muslims. Prasert Islam School is located within the mosque compound and provides formal education from primary to lower secondary levels. 73
