ด้านพัฒนาระบบคมนาคมและสาธารณูปโภค พัฒนาปรับปรุง บ�ำรุงรักษา เส้นทางคมนาคมพัฒนาระบบ การจราจร โดยพัฒนาระบบอุปกรณ์ด้านการจราจร เส้นทาง จราจร การติดตั้งไฟกะพริบเหลือง ติดตั้งไฟกะพริบโซล่าเซลล์ พร้อมป้ายสัญลักษณ์คนข้าม และป้ายเข้าเขตโรงเรียน ด้านการสาธารณสุขและสวัสดิการสังคม สร้างจิตส�ำนึกและความตระหนักในการรักษาสุขภาพ โดยจัดอบรมให้ความรู้ด้านสุขภาพให้แก่ผู้น�ำนักเรียน และ เยาวชนด้านสาธารณสุขในโรงเรียน พัฒนารูปแบบและการ จัดการบริการด้านสาธารณสุขให้ครอบคลุมและทั่วถึงประชาชน ทุกกลุ่ม ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้มีการออกก�ำลังกาย การแข่งขัน กีฬาการนันทนาการ และส่งเสริมสุขภาพ และส่งเสริมผู้ด้อย โอกาสในชุมชน โดยให้บริการสงเคราะห์สวัสดิการเบี้ยยังชีพ ผู้ป่วยเอดส์ และสร้ างหลักประกันรายได้ ให้แก่ผู้สูงอายุ สงเคราะห์ผู้ประสบภัยและความเดือดร้อนในชุมชน แก้ไข ปัญหาความยากจนเชิงบูรณาการ สนับสนุนทุนการศึกษาส�ำหรับ นักเรียน นักศึกษาและผู้ด้อยโอกาส ด้านเศรษฐกิจชุมชนและการท่องเที่ยว ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนเศรษฐกิจชุมชนและการสร้าง อาชีพให้แก่ประชาชน และส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยว โดยการอนุรักษ์ และพัฒนาตลาดเก่าริมน�้ำปากเกร็ดแบบมีส่วนร่วม และยั่งยืน ด้านการส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนและ การประสานความร่วมมือกับทุกภาคส่วน เสริมสร้ างจิตส�ำนึกและความตระหนักในระบอบ ประชาธิปไตยอันมีพระมหากษัตริย์ทรงเป็นประมุข เสริมสร้าง ศักยภาพในการบริหารจัดการชุมชน โดยการจัดสัมมนาเชิง ปฏิบัติการระหว่างผู้บริหารและคณะกรรมการชุมชน ส่งเสริม สนับสนุนการพัฒนาชุมชนตามแนวเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และ ประสานความร่วมมือและส่งเสริมสนับสนุนกิจกรรมอันเป็น สาธารณประโยชน์ของทุกภาคส่วน ด้านการบริหารและการบริการ พัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบปฏิบัติการและการให้บริการ แก่ประชาชน ส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการบริหารและการปฏิบัติงาน ตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล พัฒนาระบบการประชาสัมพันธ์และการ บริการข้อมูลข่าวสาร พัฒนาศักยภาพในการบริหารและปฏิบัติ การส�ำหรับบุคลากรทุกระดับ Transportation system and infrastructure development aspect Develop, improve and maintain transportation routes, develop traffic system by developing traffic equipments, traffic routes, yellow blinking traffic light installation, solar cell blinking traffic light installation, including pedestrian crossing signs and school zone signs. Public health and social welfare aspect Create awareness in maintaining good health and provide training courses about public health in schools to student leaders and youth. Develop public health model and service management in order to cover every group of people. Promote and support exercise, sports competition as a recreation to enhance well-being. Support vulnerable groups in the community by giving allowance to AIDS patients and guaranteed income scheme for the elders. Help disaster victims in the community, integrated the poverty problem solving, support the education fund for students and underprivileged persons. Community economy and tourism aspect Promote and support community economy as well as create jobs for people. Conserve and sustainably develop the old market along the river with the local’s participation as a mean to promote tourism. People’s participation encouragement and sectoral coordination aspect Promote awareness about democratic form of government with the King as Head of State. Create potential in community management by organizing a workshop between the Executives and the Community Committee. Promote and support the community development according to the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, as well as to coordinate and support every sector’s public benefit activities. Management and services aspect Develop and improve the operating system and public services. Promote and develop the management and working method with good governance.
