เทศบาลได้จัดให้มีโครงการบริการสาธารณสุขเคลื่อนที่ และการออกหน่วยบริการด้านสาธารณสุขในชุมชน เพื่อส่งเสริม สุขภาพและให้บริการด้านการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคติดต่อให้ แก่ประชาชนทุกกลุ่มในชุมชน โดยเฉพาะผู้ที่ไม่สะดวกเดินทาง ไปรับบริการที่หน่วยบริการสาธารณสุขหรือโรงพยาบาล รวมทั้ง แรงงานต่างด้าวและครอบครัวที่มาจากประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียน ที่อาศัยอยู่ในชุมชนและท�ำงานตามพื้นที่โครงการก่อสร้างต่าง ๆ โดยให้บริการตรวจคัดกรอง การประเมินภาวะโภชนาการ การส่งเสริมอนามัยแม่และเด็ก การฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันโรค การฉีดพ่นยาก�ำจัดยุงลายในชุมชน การให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ การดูแลสุขภาพ อนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม และการป้องกันโรคติดต่อ ทั้งนี้ เพื่อให้ประชาชนโดยรวมมีสุขภาพอนามัยที่ดี สามารถ ป้องกันการระบาดของโรคติดต่อในพื้นที่ได้อย่างครอบคลุม และทั่วถึง และได้เตรียมความพร้อมด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและ การท่องเที่ยว โดยการก่อสร้ างเขื่อนพร้ อมทางเดินเท้ า ขนาดกว้างประมาณ 4 เมตร ประกอบด้วย ศาลาท่าเทียบเรือ โป๊ะ และศาลาอเนกประสงค์ ซึ่งเทศบาลนครปากเกร็ดได้จัดสรร งบประมาณจ�ำนวน 145 ล้านบาทส�ำหรับโครงการดังกล่าว และขณะนี้อยู่ระหว่างการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ก่อนด�ำเนินการก่อนสร้าง นอกจากนี้เทศบาลนครปากเกร็ดได้จัดท�ำโครงการ อบรม สัมมนา คณะผู้บริหาร สมาชิกสภาเทศบาล และหัวหน้า ส่วนราชการ หลักสูตร “การพัฒนาเมืองเพื่อเตรียมรับการเข้า สู่ประชาคมอาเซียน” โดยมีวิทยากรให้ความรู้ที่เป็นประโยชน์ ต่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นให้สอดคล้องกับการเข้าสู่ประชาคม อาเซียน และพร้อมรับต่อสถานการณ์ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจาก ผลกระทบด้านต่าง ๆ Community carry the theme “Learning Towards ASEAN” and “Q Plus ASEAN Excellence”. The aims are to promote educational personnel and students to develop themselves to adapt to the changes and understand the ways of life of people of other countries, as well as to be able to communicate constructively and develop education standards. Other activities include the holding of academic exhibitions and games, inserting information about ASEAN, academic innovation showcases, seminars, academic competitions, etc. The municipality has arranged mobile public health units and carried out services in communities to promote health and disease prevention, especially those who are not convenient to travel to health service centers or hospitals. This includes services for foreign labor and their families from ASEAN member countries living in communities and construction sites. The services include selection, nutrition assessment, mother and child health promotion, preventive vaccines, anti-mosquito repellents, health information, environmental health, and prevention of communicable diseases. The aim is for the people to have good health and prevent communicable diseases, as well as to prepare the environment and for tourism purposes. A dyke with a pedestrian walkway of 4 meters, Sala pier, floating pier, multi-purpose Sala which was allocated 145 million baht will be built, currently it is under coordination with related agencies in preparation for the construction. Apart from this, Pakkret Municipality conducted training and seminars for executives, municipal council members and heads of offices on “Urban Development Towards the ASEAN Community” with speakers providing useful informationonlocaldevelopment incorrespondence with the ASEAN Community and the need to adapt to the changing situation and impact. เทศบาลนครปากเกร็ด รายงานประจ�ำปี 2556 71
