ศึกษาให้มีคุณภาพได้มาตรฐาน เพื่อจัดแสดงผลงานทางวิชาการ ศึกษาท้องถิ่น แสดงถึงศักยภาพและความสามารถของระบบ การศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ดี มีมาตรฐาน จนสามารถพัฒนาระบบการ ศึกษา พัฒนาทักษะ ความรู้ ความสามารถของนักเรียนในสังกัด องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นอย่างรอบด้านทั้งวิชาการ คุณธรรม จริยธรรม เปี่ยมด้วยสติปัญญา พร้อมเป็นการส่งเสริมความเป็น เลิศเฉพาะด้านจนนักเรียนในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ได้เติบโตไปมีอนาคตที่ดีและเปิดโอกาสให้มีการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ซึ่งกันและกันระหว่างองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นที่ด�ำเนิน การศึกษา capabilities of an effective local educational system that is of standard towards the development of the system and the comprehensive skills and knowledge of the students in the local administration, including academically,morally andethically and full of knowledge.
