โครงการเด่น โครงการพัฒนาคุณภาพระบบ บริการอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม (Environment Health Accreditation : EHA) กองการสาธารณสุขและสิ่งแวดล้อม เทศบาลนครปากเกร็ด ได้ด�ำเนินการสมัครเข้าร่วมด�ำเนินการพัฒนาคุณภาพระบบ บริการอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม กับกรมอนามัย กระทรวงสาธารณสุข ในปีงบประมาณ 2557 เพื่อรับรองคุณภาพระบบบริการอนามัย สิ่งแวดล้อมของเทศบาลนครปากเกร็ด โดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนา คุณภาพระบบบริการอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ได้คุณภาพตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานด้ านสิ่งแวดล้อม มีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถให้บริการที่มีคุณภาพสร้างความเชื่อมั่น และส่งผลให้ประชาชาชนเกิดความพึงพอใจ พัฒนาสู่ชุมชน น่าอยู่ สังคมน่าอยู่ อย่างยั่งยืน โดยในปีแรกของการพัฒนา คุณภาพระบบบริการอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม เทศบาลนครปากเกร็ด จึงได้มีการด�ำเนินการตามแนวทาง 3 ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนที่หนึ่ง สมัครเข้าร่วมเพื่อเข้ารับการรับรอง คุณภาพระบบบริการอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม ขั้นตอนที่สอง รับการประเมินรับรองจากกรมอนามัย ขั้นตอนที่สาม กรมอนามัยมอบประกาศเกียรติบัตร รับรอง (มีอายุการรับรอง 3 ปี) ให้แก่เทศบาลนครปากเกร็ด Outstanding project Project to develop the Environment Health Accreditation (EHA) system The Public Health and Environment Division of Pakkret Municipality applied to develop quality of the environmentthroughtheEnvironmentHealthAccreditation (EHA) system with the Department of Health, Ministry of Public Health in fiscal year 2014 to ensure the quality of Pakkret Municipality’s environmental health. The focus is on continuously developing the environmental health system towards quality and efficiency according to standards, to provide quality services and confidence leading to the satisfaction of the people. Ultimately, the aim is to develop the community towards a livable and sustainable society. In the first year of the project to develop the quality of the environmental health services system, 3 phases of the project are carried out. First phase : application for accreditation of environmental health services system Second phase : Receive accreditation from evaluation of the Department of Health Third phase : Department of Health grants certificate of accreditation (valid for 3 years) to Pakkret Municipality. เทศบาลนครปากเกร็ด รายงานประจ�ำปี 2556 41
