มีภารกิจด้านการส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตและ ผู้สูงอายุ บริการสุขภาพปฐมภูมิ ส่งเสริมสนับสนุน การอนามัยแม่และเด็ก โภชนาการ การวางแผน ครอบครัว ให้แก่ประชาชนครอบคลุมทุกกลุ่มวัย ด�ำเนินงานสาธารณสุขมูลฐาน การบริการสุขภาพ สัตว์ทั้งเชิงรับเชิงรุก ในและนอกเวลาราชการ การป้องกันและควบคุมโรคติดต่อ เฝ้าระวัง ป้องกันและควบคุมโรคสัตว์สู่สัตว์ โรคสัตว์สู่คน และบริการควบคุมความเสี่ยงของศูนย์ควบคุม สัตว์บ้านนราภิรมย์ Duties in promoting psychological well-being of the elderly, providing basic health services, supporting mother and child health, nutrition and family planning for people of all ages, providing basic public health services, proactive and defensive health services for animals, both during and outside of normal office hours.
