งานด้านการขออนุญาต ออกใบอนุญาต เกี่ยวกับอาคาร งานระวังแนวเขตที่ดิน งาน ควบคุมการก่อสร้าง ข้อมูลด้านผังเมือง การขอ อนุญาตควบคุมน�้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงและการขออนุญาต ขุดดินและถมดิน งานขออนุญาตเชื่อมท่อและ เชื่อมทางสาธารณประโยชน์ ตรวจสอบแก้ไข ปัญหาร้องเรียนด้านงานอาคาร งานด้านการซ่อมบ�ำรุงรักษาถนนและ สะพาน ทางเท้า สิ่งติดตั้งอื่นๆ จัดสถานที่เกี่ยวกับ งานประเพณีต่าง ๆ บ�ำรุงรักษาด้านสาธารณูปการ งานขยายเขตไฟฟ้า ติดตั้งไฟฟ้า และไฟฟ้า แสงไฟฟ้า งานดูแลบ�ำรุงรักษาพื้นที่สวนสมเด็จ พระศรีนครินทร์ นนทบุรี งานจัดสถานที่พักผ่อน จัดท�ำดูแลบ�ำรุงรักษา เกาะกลางถนน พันธ์ุไม้ ต่าง ๆ งานติดตั้งบ�ำรุงรักษาและดูแลควบคุม ระบบกล้องวงจรปิด CCTV ภายในเขตเทศบาล งานติดตั้ง เ ครื่องหมายจราจร ดูแลรักษา โป๊ะท่าเทียบเรือ ตรวจสอบแก้ไขปัญหาร้องเรียน ด้านสาธารณูปการ Implementing work related to permissions and licenses, marking land boundaries, control of construction activities, surveying and data collection on urban planning, granting permission for control on fuel, digging and expanding land fill, permission to connect with pipelines and public ways, and addressing complaint on buildings.
