ส่งเสริมศักยภาพในการบริหารจัดการชุมชน จัดการประชุมระหว่าง ผู้บริหารกับคณะกรรมการชุมชนและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในพื้นที่ ส�ำรวจ ข้อมูลชุมชนเพื่อใช้ในการวางแผนพัฒนา สนับสนุนการด�ำเนินงานของ เครือข่ายกองทุนชุมชนเมือง มีการจัดการเลือกตั้งประธานชุมชน จัดสรร งบประมาณด้านเงินอุดหนุนให้แก่หน่วยงานของรัฐ หรือองค์กรเอกชน และ ชุมชนในการจัดกิจกรรมอันเป็นประโยชน์ Support activities in community management, hold meetings between the executive team and community committee and related local agencies, data surveillance for development planning, support community fund networks, hold elections of community leaders, appropriate budget for subsidizing government agencies or private organizations and communities for activities that are deemed beneficial. เทศบาลนครปากเกร็ด รายงานประจ�ำปี 2556 31
