นครปากเกร็ด...นครแห่งความสุข ตั้งแต่ปี 2554 ซึ่งเป็น ปีที่หลาย ๆ พื้นที่ประสบปัญหาอุทกภัยใหญ่ผ่านพ้น ในขณะที่ นครปากเกร็ดเป็นพื้นที่ที่รอดพ้นจากมหาภัยครั้งนั้น เราพบว่า... ความสุขนั้นเป็นอย่างไร แต่หลังจากปีนั้นเป็นต้นมา จึงเป็นโจทย์ ส�ำคัญให้นครปากเกร็ดเห็นว่า ถ้าเราตั้งรับด้วยความพร้อมใน ทุกด้านเราจะสามารถผ่านพ้นไปได้ การพัฒนาเมืองในปี 2555-2556 จึงเป็นการพัฒนา เมืองเพื่อแก้ไขจุดอ่อนในเรื่องพื้นที่ที่เสียหายไปจากการป้องกัน น�้ำท่วม ระบบระบายน�้ำ ประตูระบายน�้ำ คูคลองสาธารณะ ต้องปรับปรุงใหม่ให้แข็งแกร่งพร้อมรับทั้งน�้ำฝนและน�้ำเจ้าพระยา การมีส่วนร่วมชุมชนที่เป็นพลังในการพัฒนาต้องส่งเสริมเครือข่าย ให้ยั่งยืน การจัดระบบการศึกษาต้องมองในเรื่องการให้เด็กเยาวชน ได้รับรู้บทบาทหน้าที่ของตัวเอง รู้จักรักถิ่น และทุกภาคส่วน ต้องเตรียมรับการเข้าสู่ AEC ปากเกร็ดเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว การพัฒนาคุณภาพ คุณธรรมจริยธรรมผู้ดูแลเมืองเพื่อเตรียมรับจึงส�ำคัญยิ่ง เทศบาล นครปากเกร็ดเป็นหน่วยงานที่ดูแลท่าน ดูแลเมือง เราพร้อมจะ ร่วมกันพัฒนาดูแลเมืองไปพร้อมกับชุมชน นายวิชัย บรรดาศักดิ์ นายกเทศมนตรีนครปากเกร็ด Pakkret Municipality is a city of happiness. Since the year 2011, where many areas were hit by major floods, Pakkret Municipality was one areas that was spared from the devastation. We realized then what happiness was. After that time, this became an important question for us to answer, that if we prepare enough in all areas, we will be able to withstand the challenges. The development of the municipality from year 2012-2013 was focused on urban planning to address the weak points that were damaged from the flood namely, the water and sewage systems, flood gate, and public canal which needed to be strengthened to be able to withstand rain and water from the Chao Phraya River. This includes community participation as part of the strong effort to develop a sustainable network, as well as the reform of the education system that prioritizes the awareness of youth to their duties. The concept of joint ownership to the local community is also a priority, along with the common effort to prepare for the AEC. Pakkret Municipality has changed rapidly and therefore the development of quality, the promotion of moral and ethics of the municipality administrator is important. Pakkret Municipality is an agency that is responsible to take care of you and the Municipality. We are ready to develop and take care of our city with our community.
