ร้านไก่ตะกร้า สารพันเมนู ขนมจีนน�้ำยาปูฟูฟ่อง Kai Trakra Restaurant Variety of Menus, Rice Vermicelli with Crab Curry ร้านไก่ตะกร้า เป็นร้านในเครือนิตยาไก่ย่าง ตั้งอยู่บริเวณริมถนนแจ้งวัฒนะ เกือบถึง ห้าแยกปากเกร็ดการตกแต่งร้านเป็นแบบ สไตล์โมเดิร์นดูแบบเรียบง่ายสบายตา มีเมนู แนะน�ำเด็ด ๆ หลายเมนู เช่น ไก่ตะกร้า รสชาติ กรอบนอกนุ่มใน ส้มต�ำตะกร้า เป็นเมนูจานเด็ด ที่เอาใจคนรักสุขภาพ ขนมจีนน�้ำยาปู น�้ำยา เข้มข้นไม่เผ็ดมาก แกงส้มปลาแซลมอน และ แกงลาวเห็ดเผาะไข่มด รสชาติกลมกล่อม รสถูกปากชาวกรุง ทอดมันหน่อกะลา รสชาติ ที่อร่อยกลมกล่อม ปลากะพงทอดน�้ำปลา พริกขี้หนูหอมนอกจากนี้ทางร้านยังมีเมนูเด็ดๆ อีกหลากหลาย เช่น ปลาทับทิมอบอ้อย หมูคั่ว น�้ำปลา เห็ดหูหนูผัดไข่ ย�ำพะโล้ไข่เค็ม ส้มต�ำ ปูปลาร้า กุ้งตะกร้า ปากเป็ดทอด เป็นต้น ส่วนของหวานเป็นเมนู กล้วยไข่เชื่อม ที่ราดมา ด้วยน�้ำกะทิเข้มข้น ไม่หวานมาก เนื้อกล้วยไข่ เหนียวก�ำลังดีรสชาติอร่อย Kai Trakra Restaurant belongs to the Nitaya Chicken Restaurant chain, located next to Chang Wattana Road, almost near Pakkret 5-way Intersection. The restaurant is decorated in the modern minimalist style, with is comfortable to the eyes. Many menus are recommended, such as Kai Trakra (Fried Chicken in Basket), which is crispy on the outside and tender inside, Som Tam Traka (Papaya Salad in Basket), which is for those with a healthy choice, Kanom Jean Namya Poo (Rice Vermicelli with Crab Curry), which has a rich curry sauce and is not too spicy, Kang Som Pla Salmon (Sour Soup with Salmon), and Kang Lao Het Hor Kai Mod (Lao Soup with Mushroom and Red Ant Eggs), which is delicious and suits the Pakkret Municipality Annual Report 2013 122
